Public bug reported:

Hi

I just tried this scan/printer "Laser Jet Pro MFP M125nw" on Ub 18.04 today's
update
- it works for printing (so the link is correct)
- but not for scanning, here is the error message
http://i66.tinypic.com/newd50.png
it says machine not detected, check your connection, despite it just worked for
printing ??

For your info it worked perfectly with 16.04

I did the same than at that time
hp-setup
sudo apt install hplip
sudo apt install hplip-gui
I installed it thru RJ45
I guess it's a release bug, but up to you to decide/ confirm

A few infos (the ones I know how to proceed)
uname -a
Linux PC-HP-Club 4.15.0-13-generic #14-Ubuntu SMP Sat Mar 17 13:44:27 UTC 2018
x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux

apt-cache policy pkgname
N: Impossible de trouver le paquet pkgname

** Affects: printer-applet (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New

** Package changed: usb-creator (Ubuntu) => printer-applet (Ubuntu)
