Switch away from old transitional build dependencies due to be
dropped in KDE Frameworks 5.47 upload
- kio-dev -> libkf5kio-dev
- plasma-framework-dev -> libkf5plasma-dev
package rebuilds ok in Kubuntu staging ppa (ppa:kubuntu-ppa/staging-
misc)
However, should there be any issue I am of the opinion that this source
could be removed ahead of that decision by debian.
