Steps to reproduce:
- Open Ubiquity on the Kubuntu 18.04.1 image
- Proceed until Disk Setup
- Select manual partitioning
- create a partition with type 'physical volume for encryption'
- Click on Install Now

Current behavior:
Nothing happens, and the above trace is put into the log

Expected behavior:
A dialog pops up where you set the encryption password
