Description: The Quick Charts module provides a set of charts that can
be used from QtQuick applications. They are intended to be used for both
simple display of data as well as continuous display of high-volume data
(often referred to as plotters). The charts use a system called distance
fields for their accelerated rendering, which provides ways of using the
GPU for rendering 2D shapes without loss of quality.

Upstream release announcement as part of KDE Frameworks:
https://kde.org/announcements/kde-frameworks-5.65.0.php

Upstream git: https://cgit.kde.org/kquickcharts.git/

The qml module will be a runtime dependency of plasma-workspace (main
plasma shell source) 5.18 LTS which will be the Kubuntu 20.04 LTS
desktop shell.

This is NOT optional.

workspace.git/commit/?id=e7af306adcc6b0eac9bc28e26941773a153998e2

Without this, plasma notifications will crash with a qml import error.
