Public bug reported:

I'm using kubuntu 20.04 (kde plasma 5.18.4) with kde 5.68.0

I already adjusted my display resolution using a 175% global scale

But I could not rescale the login screen.

In the [project's github page](https://github.com/sddm/sddm#custom-dpi)
and it this [related question](https://askubuntu.com/questions/1151
...dpi-fhd-screen) it says to modify the sddm.conf file, but I couln't
find it anywhere.

In this related issue on [sddm's
github](https://github.com/sddm/sddm/issues/614) it says that the
missing sddm.conf file is a bug.
