Hello Rik, or anyone else affected, Accepted plasma-nm into focal-proposed. The package will build now and be available at https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/plasma- nm/4:5.18.4.1-0ubuntu1.1 in a few hours, and then in the -proposed repository.
