Public bug reported:
When I open "System Settings > Workspace Behavior > Activities", and
then click the button in an activity to change its settings, the dialog
it opens has several input fields but no labels, like the attached image
shows.
I reproduced this in a normal system install and in a live session in
VirtualBox, and I checked with English language and Portuguese.
