Public bug reported:
the launcher fails to launch.based on my investigations, it tries to
launch lxqt-sudo /usr/bin/software-properties-qt --open-tab=4
However, lxqt-sudo doesn't appear to be installed by default on Kubuntu
21.10.
This issue doesn't seem to be isolated as multiple users have reported
similar inability to launch in the Discover's comment section of the
tool.
