Public bug reported:
Got kmail with several email accounts. 2 Gmail and 2 Imap.
After returning from suspend to ram - in most cases mail stops working. Folder
synchronization takes infinite time.
Current solution is to kill all akonadi processes including mysqld-akonadi and
use akonadictl start.
akonadictl stop have no effect at all.
Bug was introduced in kubuntu 22.04. Not present in 21.10.
Expected behaviour: After return from S3 (Suspend to ram) mail works fine
Real behaviour: After return from S3 can't read mail using kontact/kmail.
