Public bug reported:
This is a new installation of Linux Mint. Kgpg 4:19.12.3-0ubuntu1, KDE.
On installation, Kgpg initializes correctly, allows import/creation of
keys, etc. Subsequently, starting Kgpg via launcher or desktop icon
apparently does nothing.
This appears to be because the configuration for the launcher is to run
`kgpg %U` as opposed to `kgpg -k` to start the UI. Changing the command
property in the launcher to the -k launches the (Key Management) UI as
expected.
