Public bug reported:

Description: Ubuntu 20.04.4 LTS
Release: 20.04
apt-cache policy kwalletmanager:
kwalletmanager:
Installato: 4:19.12.3-0ubuntu1
Candidato: 4:19.12.3-0ubuntu1Ver. 19.12.3 on Ubuntu 20.04.4 LTS
KDE Frameworks 5.68.0
Qt 5.12.8 (compiled with 5.12.8)

In "Maps" (translated Corrispondenze in Italian, the table with "Key"
"values" columns) if you insert a new line via right click, and you type
in the same key as an already exixting one, you see two lines with the
same key. If you save it, exit from that "Maps" page, when you open it
again you find a single line for that key with the new value. The old
one is overwritten with no notification to the user, loosing the
previous value.
The expected behaviour should be ask confirmation the user before overwriting a
value.
This could be done as soon the new key is created, if already existing, or at
the moment the new values are saved.
A better solution would be to keep the historical n. values for each key
