Public bug reported:
I get this error message when starting from the terminal. When launching
graphically (ie, through the Application Launcher or Krunner) it starts
up, and I see an item for it appear in the task manager, but the program
never appears to launch at all. It worked fine for me about a month or
two ago, while I was running 22.04.
