the only piece of log that i found and think are relevant to this bug being

success after 393ms
PackageKit[2311]: uid 1000 is trying to obtain
org.freedesktop.packagekit.package-install auth (only_trusted:1)
PackageKit[2311]: uid 1000 failed to obtain auth
