Thank you for reporting this bug to Ubuntu. Kubuntu 20.04 LTS was released in 2020-April with 3 years of support (https://wiki.ubuntu.com/FocalFossa/ReleaseNotes/Kubuntu) with the last media being 20.04.5 (https://fridge.ubuntu.com/2022/09/01/ubuntu-20-04-5-lts-released/)
Kubuntu 20.04 LTS is now unsupported, with no new media being produced, so no changes on 'live' can occur. We appreciate that this bug may be old and you might not be interested in discussing it anymore. But if you are then please upgrade to the latest Kubuntu version and re-test. If you then find the bug is still present in the newer Ubuntu version, please add a comment here telling us which new version it is in.
