Public bug reported: This bug report is a Feature Freeze Exception request on behalf of the Kubuntu team for KDE Frameworks 5.109.0 (updated from 5.108.0).

However, as Qt% based frameworks is more or less now in maintenance mode, it is much more bugfix than features.
