kwin was not starting due to a missing symbol. so composition was never
happening
on ARM64 Ubuntu Noble (untested on other architectures) with Nvidia
Tegra BSP. The particular implementation of libdrm does not have a
drmModeGetFB2 function.
closing as invalid as when distro libdrm is used there is no symbol
lookup error
