Public bug reported:
1. unlock android phone
2. connect to computer
3. android asks if allow to see files
4. notification popup comes that android connected with button- show files
5. files cant be accessed
instead if something needs to be installed, it should give some info or
popup- do you want to install needed drivers for viewing android files
i found some article with terminal instructions.
basic users wont search but will think that linux doesnt support android and
will not use linux
so a wizzard gui popup is needed when detecting android to keep users
