Ubuntu 21.04 (hirsute) reached end-of-life on January 20, 2022.
This bug report was raised against konqueror which the bug description
says is not installed. You seemed to have had an intermittent internet
problem so presumably other applications were affected too.
I'm closing this as 'Invalid' but please create a new bug report against
a valid package if you experience problems with Kubuntu's connectivity
in the future.
