Public bug reported:

When updating all packages with Discover, I get frequent failures,
usually (possibly always) with Flatpaks. Sometimes the same package will
fail to update multiple times. Here's a recent error message:

> Aborted due to failure (While pulling
runtime/org.gnome.Platform/x86_64/47 from remote flathub: While fetching
https://dl.flathub.org/repo/deltas/8O/S_6_uHfJYG8ODrV7Wa7SzL56DX3gSkwjKOMYaKHM4/1:
[28] Timeout was reached)

As far as I can remember, this has never happened when updating either
distro packages or Flatpaks on the command line, which I do frequently.
I don't use Snap, so it is possible that the problem is directly related
to the size of the downloads rather than the Flatpak backend for
Discover. Also, I used to avoid Discover entirely in the past, so I
don't know whether this issue is recent or long-standing.
