I have a problem reporting a bug because I don't know which program is
responsible for upgrading Kubuntu to a new version. From 25.4 to 25.10
I have successfully upgraded Kubuntu now, but I had big problems with
it.
The developers probably never tested the Kubuntu upgrade to a new
version. It doesn't work.
Nothing worked for me, and I was only helped by installing the 'Software
Updater' application.
The video and the attached screenshot are important.
