When using KDialog to ask about a settings change, snapd doesn't fully
configure kdialog. As a result, the titlebar still says "KDialog" and
the window icon used is generic.
This can be fixed by passing a title and an icon file to kdialog.
One tricky thing is that the icon passed with `--icon` either has to be
a raster image file (both png and webp work — SVG does not) or must be a
recognised icon name within the theme. `snapdiscover` appears to be
widely used and stay within the user's theme.
I've included a basic patch. If the snapdiscover icon is not found, it
silently reverts to the current behaviour for the icon.
