It's my judgment that because of past issues you are placing Riddell under heightened scrutiny and trying to hold him to a different standard than other members. The CC decided he had behaved inappropriately in the past and decided on an appropriate punishment for that. Regardless of what I think of that, I believe you should consider he's paid his "debt" for that and should be treated the same as anyone else going forward. I believe the fact that you are singling out for special treatment is contrary to the CoC and inappropriate. There are other Kubuntu members who have been similarly vocal on this issue I believe (I didn't make a detailed survey) and I don't see complaints about them.
