I don't understand. The linked page, https://wiki.ubuntu.com/CommunityCouncilAgenda, says that the meeting is Thursday the 3rd of March? The 5th is a Saturday. So I take it the meeting is in two days, this Thursday, March 3rd, at 17:00 UT, in #ubuntu-meeting.
