Apologies for late reply. My email is still filtering all yours as spam, no matter how many times I flag it as "not spam". :/ This all sounds good and +1 from me. My only main concern is that they would expect some ongoing commitment on software support (i.e. fixing issues they feed back to us), which we probably can't formally agree to, though we would do our best. Seems that is not a concern from the other replies though.
