Public bug reported:
After receiving and following the Kubuntu 23.04 upgrade prompt, the
Elisa music player no longer launches. Elisa was working fine before the
upgrade to 23.04. Machine is a AMD Dell Inspiron 14 5000 2-in-1.
I also did a fresh install of Kubuntu 23.04 on an Intel HP Pavilion
laptop (15-cs1xxx), and Elisa failed to start on that laptop as well. I
did install VLC as well, and Elisa would then launch, but it then caused
the CPU to run @ 100%.
