I suppose that you already know that, although (just in case) I have opened this bug report to state that: The Kubuntu download page (https://kubuntu.org/getkubuntu/) has to be updated (after Kubuntu 23.10 has been released). Also, https://wiki.ubuntu.com/ManticMinotaur/ReleaseNotes/Kubuntu is still a "WIP", as it's seen in the beginning of that page.
