I didn't mean that the file was not meant for the target audience, but that our target audience will not find the file "basic". I feel that it needs to remain, along with the cli file, for those who want to dig under the shiny GUI we provide. Also, can someone who is running Kmail2 check out the Communication file? It's written for Kmail(1), and I see we've changed to 2. I run Thunderbird now.
