It's composed on the wiki https://wiki.kubuntu.org/Kubuntu/KubuntuDocs
Then converted into html for that server using this script
https://code.launchpad.net/~jr/+junk/kubuntu-docs-downloader
So please do dive in and fix links on the wiki or work out how to fix the script
