For the libqapt 2.1.1 stuff, totally. I have a small change to make after
Harald's comments, but other than that the libqapt stuff is pretty much
locked down I think.

The kubuntu-debug-installer is actually broken by the libqapt changes since
I'm moving some of the functionality I kluged together back in August into
libqapt.
