It turns out it fails to build precisely on powerpc/ppc64el/arm64:

So this just as a FYI, I'm not landing this with the first bunch of utopic Qt 
uploads.

Regarding Ubuntu usage of qtwebkit:
- "webapps" using 14.04 as framework use Oxide already
- "webapps" using 13.10 as framework will continue to use QtWebKit, but can be 
rebuilt with 14.04 framework easily to switch to Oxide
- Ubuntu HTML5 apps are currently using QtWebKit but are planning to switch to 
Oxide maybe already this week
