Gentlemen,

Tired of trying to use a bugtrack system that is apparently too
complicated for me.

Long story short. I saw two problems with the desktop amd64 ISO on USB:

1. segfault at 7f7d18ec0cd0 ip 00007f7d080c41b1 sp 00007ffdb85d58d8
error 4 in libQt5Sql.so.5.4.2[7f7d080b0000+3f000] I do not have this
in a disk 15.10 beta boot, which is updated daily (excluding the glibc
2.22 update),

2. Very long (180 sec) power to desktop time. Most discouraging for
new users. Perhaps related to 1, since no dmesgs between the following
lines:

[   20.011773] IPv6: ADDRCONF(NETDEV_CHANGE): eno1: link becomes ready
[  152.016796] kactivitymanage[4011]: segfault at 7f7d18ec0cd0 ip
00007f7d080c41b1 sp 00007ffdb85d58d8 error 4 in
libQt5Sql.so.5.4.2[7f7d080b0000+3f000]

Syslog also has a gap:

Oct 22 07:17:38 kubuntu systemd-timesyncd[3708]: Synchronized to time
server [2001:67c:1560:8003::c7]:123 (ntp.ubuntu.com).
Oct 22 07:19:21 kubuntu ubiquity[3993]: log-output -t ubiquity
setupcon --save-onl
