Bill, repopatch is automatically configured to download updates for fedora and centos. The updates are downloaded from their respective mirror sites. If you have a local mirror, you can change the URL to your local mirror. The URL must follow the directory structures of the distribution that is available on public mirrors.
Since RHN is a paid subscription, you will have to configure /opt/kusu/etc/updates.conf and specify the username and password.
