I've checked in a fix for this.  Netbsd 3.1 64-bit now installs and 
boots fine.  32-bit doesn't.  I'm suspecting the mmu, and as I'm now 
working on fixing bugs found by the new testsuite, maybe progress there 
will help netbsd.
