Wow, that would really annoy a lot of people (especially the devs who do a lot of posting); IMHO the value of a bug report is higher that the annoyance of a bit of SPAM. Some automated anti-spam is good of course, but that doesn't save you from running a local SPAM filter. FWIW GMail spam filter catches almost all the spam on this list, spamassassin on my machine does the rest.
