Host: Fedora 7, 64-bit, AMD Opteron 2218. (standard F7 kernel, 2.6.21), KVM-28 Qemu command: /usr/local/bin/qemu-system-x86_64 -cdrom /isos/WindowsXP-SP2.iso -hda /isos/disks/WindowsXP-Home.vmdk -m 256 -boot d Tried with other KVM versions - from v18 to latest git on AMD64 - all fails. It works fine with -no-kvm.
