Thanks much guys for kvm release38. I have an issue when booting a windows
xp machine that I've been using with kvm for some time now. When I tried
starting the windows xp machine my screen went blank and my xwindows session
restarted itself. I then proceeded to try to start the machine again and my
host was hung and had to reboot host.
I'm using the following parameters for starting my windows xp.
/usr/local/kvm/bin/qemu-system-x86_64 \
-hda winxp.img \
-m 400 \
-no-rtc \
-localtime \
-smb /home/hsolomon \
-no-reboot &
My kernel version is Linux localhost.localdomain 2.6.22.4-65.fc7 #1 SMP Tue
Aug 21 21:50:50 EDT 2007 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux.
