I went back to kvm-50 and tested and realized that load now is about same as
on kvm-51 now. However, since running release 50 I upgraded my kernel
(Fedora 7) and didn't pay attention to load after the upgrade so I'm pretty
sure this cpu usage thing is kernel related.

This opinion was really based on cpu usage but explained above.
