Since KVM-57 it doesn't halts anymore during restarts under standard conditions; however, I have found a non-standard condition which makes KVM unable to restart. Host: F7/x64, Intel, KVM-59. Guest: Windows XP, ACPI. After running "WCPUID", Windows guest crashes (goes BSOD, while it should not), and after hard restart (Qemu monitor system_reset), KVM is unable to restart. NOTE: With "-no-kvm" it restarts fine. -Alexey Technologov, 07.01.2008. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- You can respond by visiting: https://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=detail&atid=893831&aid=1865988&group_id=180599 ------------------------------------------------------------------------- This SF.net email is sponsored by: Microsoft Defy all challenges.
