Bug detailed description:

on 32e platform, smp acpi 32bits xp guests sometimes may hang when booting.
test for booting it for 10 times, 3 times failed, the guest didn't boot up in 5
minutes.
test for booting smp acpi 64bits vista guests 10 times, 4 times failed.
Reproduce steps:

1.create a qcow image:
qemu-img create -b /share/xvs/img/Windows/ia32p_xpsp2_smp_acpi.img -f qcow2
/share/xvs/var/tmp-img_gbp13_1204933466_1
2.boot smp rhel5u1 guest:
qemu-system-x86_64 -m 256 -smp 2 -net
nic,macaddr=00:16:3e:5c:84:3d,model=rtl8139 -net tap,script=/etc/kvm/qemu-ifup
-hda /share/xvs/var/tmp-img_gbp13_1204933466_1
