# HG changeset patch # User Andrea Arcangeli <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> # Date 1210115797 -7200 # Node ID 5b2eb7d28a4517daf91b08b4dcfbb58fd2b42d0b # Parent 94eaa1515369e8ef183e2457f6f25a7f36473d70 export zap_page_range for XPMEM
XPMEM would have used sys_madvise() except that madvise_dontneed() returns an -EINVAL if VM_PFNMAP is set, which is always true for the pages XPMEM imports from other partitions and is also true for uncached pages allocated locally via the mspec allocator. XPMEM needs zap_page_range() functionality for these types of pages as well as 'normal' pages.
