Strange situation, I have a Ubuntu JeOS image that crashes with this error when started by the kvm-068 user-space. Bellow is the trace from the kernel...
The same image, works with: - kvm-066 user space, kvm-068 kernel module (on 2.6.24 and 2.6.25) - kvm-066 user space, vanilla kernel module (from 2.6.24 and 2.6.25) (on my x60s laptop, 1GB ram, L2400 CoreDuo cpu, ArchLinux gcc-4.3.0 and gcc-3.4.6 glibc 2.7, 32bit) More strange, the same image works fine with both kvm-068 user space and kvm-068 kernel module on my Slackware-12.0 desktop (Q6600 cpu gcc-3.4.6 glibc-2.5 kernel-2.6.25, 32bit). I was using "qemu-kvm jeos.img -nographic" to gather this: [ 6.117980] Compat vDSO mapped to ffffe000. [ 6.121733] Checking 'hlt' instruction... OK.
