We're working toward getting kvm merged with qemu so at some point there won't be a separate kvm userspace tree with qemu. That aside, I know Anthony was interested in having this available to test out incoming patches against different qemu build targets, kvm and x86 are just one of those. > AFAICS You're going to have to download gigabytes of images anyway, so > wouldn't it make more sense to include the test script with those?
