Hi,
I'm currently configuring two hosts that will run KVM virtual machines.
They are attached to a shared storage device on which the vm's will be
stored.
I start the VM on one of the hosts and then connect to the monitor
interface. To migrate, I enter the "migrate ssh://other-host" command
and the VM gets migrated to the other host.
The kvm process on the first host remains active and so does the monitor
interface. But how can I determine if the VM is running on this host or
the other one? Which command in the monitor interface will tell me if
the current kvm process is currenly running or not?
Another question I haven't found the answer to, is how can I add an
additional disk to an already running vm using the disk_add monitor command?
A third question is how can I hot-add a CPU/memory to a VM, or is that
not possible right now?
Regards,
Rik
