[PATCH 00/05] Patchset of kvm/ia64

Hi, Avi 
     Please apply the patchset of kvm/ia64.  The first two implement debug 
mechanism for vmm module. And the third targets to support vmm crash handling.  
The 4th one is cleanupig vmm_ivt.S with uniform indentation.  The last one are 
key fix for 2.6.28, so please also apply it as 2.6.28's fix.
