From: Hollis Blanchard <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>

set ESR[PTR] when emulating a guest trap. This allows Linux guests to
properly handle WARN_ON() (i.e. detect that it's a non-fatal trap).

Also remove debugging printk in trap emulation.
