Summary: kernel memory corruption

Initial Comment:
The console output gets partly clobbered when is start an Ubuntu 8.10 (amd64) 
guest.

commit dbfc099daa953a41a3572a7b8d72f75cc23604f1

introduced that behavior.

The problem goes away when I revert the changes to qemu/cpu-all.h and 
qemu/exec.c (see patch)
