Guys, This is to address the feedback I received in the last attempt.
I'm now attempting to move kvm_context inside of KVMState Patch #3 should be applied to qemu. I'll relay it to Anthony if we reach consensus on it here. Patch #4 is an example use of KVMState, to show how I intend to proceed.
