Hmm. It seams that even that is not needed. We have
c->dst.bytes = (c->d & ByteOp) ? 1 : c->op_bytes;
everywhere.

Initially it will be 4 in X86EMUL_MODE_PROT64, but it may be overridden
to 2, so yes we should check c->op_bytes == 8 not X86EMUL_MODE_PROT64.
