Hi, I am testing virtio net performance (10 Gbit) and its working great for Linux guests (I am using Debian Squeeze as KVM guest). I see just a little performance loss in the guest (compared to the host).
The win2008r2-sp1 installation, using the virtio network drivers from the Fedora projects gives just 1 Gbit performance (~ 500 to 700Mbit). Any change to improve this, do I miss anything? My host: Proxmox VE 1.8 (2.6.32 Kernel, KVM 0.14.1) - if needed I can provide more details.
