Temporary kvm and qemu git repositories

Since master.kernel.org is down for maintenance, I've set up temporary 
repositories on github:

  git://github.com/avikivity/kvm.git
  git://github.com/avikivity/qemu.git
Please use these instead of kvm.git and qemu-kvm.git until further notice.
